• Travel and accommodations are not included

Registration & Transfer Policy

All registrations for The Crossing — A Corporate to Calling™ Retreat are final and non-refundable. Because this is a small, in-person experience with limited capacity and advance preparation, tickets may not be canceled, refunded, or carried over to a future retreat.

Ticket Transfers (Permitted With Advance Notice)

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another qualified participant under the following conditions:

• General Admission: Transfer requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the retreat start date.
• VIP Inner Circle: Transfer requests must be submitted no later than April 30, 2026, to allow for appropriate preparation, materials coordination, and pre-retreat alignment.

To request a transfer, please email [email protected] with the full name and contact information of the replacement attendee.

Additional Notes

• All retreat materials, workbooks, and VIP gifts are curated for the in-person experience and are not available for shipment or digital delivery.
• Dietary restrictions and accessibility needs can be submitted through the attendee portal after registration
• All attendees must meet the participation criteria outlined for The Crossing.
